La depresión si no es controlada puede pasar a cosas realmente tristes como la depresión mayor que es cuando la persona pierde el sentido de la vida y sus placeres que la misma da.
Principalmente la de la depresión pasional, es una depresión que va aumentando SI TU NO LO CONTROLAS y desgraciadamente si no te das cuenta que estas actuando mal al no hacer nada y ver todo de color negro, lamentablemente estas avanzando o a matar a alguien o a suicidarte tu mismo
Yo Jorge Luis Ramos Cusihuaman te puedo decir que haces muy mal al no darte cuenta y alimentar esa depresión con recuerdos y estos a la vez se convierten cada vez mas en obsesivos y peligrosos para tu salud mental.
Entiendo que si no te das cuenta de lo que haces, acabaras sufriendo demasiado y tardara mucho tiempo el que te rehabilites, se del dolor fuerte y emocional que dejan las agruras del desaire y la decepción de perder a ese alguien que por cualquier causa nos dejo, sea que te dejo por otro (a) o sea que cualquier cosa o tuviste un rechazo al declararte.
Se que cuando pasa esto, algunos toman las cosas con calma y poco a poco se levantan, pero existen de los otros que toman medidas tristes como la de acabar su vida en el vil alcohol o la marihuana, yo lamento muchísimo que ese mal habito aun exista, pues el alcohol lejos de ahogar tus penas, los trae de recuerdo a tu mente en gran intensidad cuando tratas de aturdirte, al final al día siguiente cuando se te pase el alcohol, tus problemas están en ti, no los dejaste en ese Mundo de ebriedad.
No seas ignorante, acepta la derrota incluso si esta fue una relación de años, no seas patético, alza la palanca de ascenso no acabes mal, hay bastante gente que quisiera estar contigo, si jamas has aprendido a perder, entonces si no puedes con tu orgullo negativo, acepta que perdiste y aprende a soportar el dolor.
A diario trata de no pensar y pensar menos en esa persona, trata de hacer ejercicios, trabaja positivamente, no dejes que te gane la depresión y pierdas el control de tus emociones, la depresión y los recuerdos te van a venir a la mente y queras retroceder a esos besos, abrazos a todo lo que paso con esa persona, pero recuerda y pisa tierra, si ya te dejo y lo afirmo; entonces déjalo ir, agua que no has de beber déjala correr.
Te entiendo se que hay personas malas, aquellos adictos y empedernidos al sexo, mentirosos, perversos, hipócritas, pero te digo algo mi amigo (a) todo el que hace el mal - acaba mal - jamas el infiel va ser feliz con nadie, el promiscuo, todos ellos están enfermos, pero saben? están muy felices con su enfermedad como los pedofilos, pero tarde que temprano les cae la noche mas extensa bajo la sombra.
A los vanidosos, unos ignorantes, como los racistas, bien yo Jorge Luis Ramos Cusihuaman te voy a dar las pastillitas para que superes el mal y horrible momento, porque así como hay médicos que curan enfermedades yo también tratare de curarte sin mentirte.
1.- Lucha contra la depresión, esa depresión que es la misma tristeza, el decaimiento emocional, tu tienes que ganarle el día a día si quieres volver a ser muy feliz como antes.
2.- Esto te deja una enseñanza a que hagas mejor las cosas y conozcas bien a una persona
3.- Los buenos amigos sin vicios de nada, son los mejores
4.- Caerse no es cosa del otro Mundo, levantarse es de valientes e inteligentes
5.- Vence todo obstáculo, esfuérzate! se fuerte no le sigas la corriente a la depresión
6.- Amate, la vida no ha terminado, la vida continua y hay cosas tan lindas de que gozarlas.
7.- No escuches canciones románticas, al menos ahora no por favor!
8.- Recuerda que en este Mundo hay gente toxica vanidosa e ignorante
9.- No vale la pena recordar al sujeto ni sus regalos ni sus emails
10.- Empieza desde hoy, no programes fechas, no seas masoquista
11.- Este partido la ganas tu
12.- Con voluntad, ganaras la depresión
